Explosive state of mind

Be aware of times when tired and exhausted…

then keep it silent.

Do not react to anything.

If possible stay away from that social situation. Leave the room.

In a tired state, all the reactions will be either extreme, explosive, or unnecessary.

Most likely you will hurt your loved ones, unnecessarily.

And soon there will follow regret.

When an impulse occurs, stop! say to yourself “I'm tired, I won't say anything right now. if necessary, in a few hours I can present my reaction.”

But first,

be conscious of your state of mind,

identify your physical & emotional state.

Keep your life with one less regret.
