Stare at the problem

Sit down with a pen and a piece of paper, without any phone insight.

Write down the problem.

In simple words and sentences.

Do not try to explain it much—just one or two sentences.

Then read your words.

Finished reading?

Keep staring at the paper.

Keep staring at the problem you have just written about.

Keep calm and stare.

So… anxiety about the problem will start to diminish.

How long to stare?

Until you feel ok about the thing. Until you see some easiness.

Or some feeling of peace about it.

When the action time comes, you will feel confident.

Once the feeling of confidence comes, it changes everything about the outcome.

(I have anxiety which makes my days more difficult than it is; so this is the solution I am trying these days. I will see if my days get easier n peaceful)
